MEETING UPDATES:

• Meeting Room:  We will be meeting in the Anchusa room from 9:00 am – 4:30 pm on Monday (LFUG meeting day) and Wednesday (PUG meeting day).  We will be in the same room Tuesday from 9:00 am – 5:00 pm for the joint day meeting.
• Meeting Attire:  Dress is casual or business casual.  The temperature in meeting rooms tends to fluctuate so please consider wearing layers.
• Breakfast:  The breakfast buffet will be set up in the Agave room.  Breakfast will be from 8:00 am – 9:00 am each day (Monday – Wednesday).
• LFUG/PUG Sponsored Reception:  A reception will be held at the hotel Monday from 5:00 pm – 7:00 pm for both the Large Firm and Power User group attendees in Agave East.  Sponsors are also welcome to attend.
• EleVia Sponsored Reception:  A reception will be held at the hotel Tuesday from 6:00 pm – 8:00 pm for both the Large Firm and Power User group attendees in Agave East.  Sponsors are also welcome to attend.
• Dinner:  Evenings are on your own to network and explore Scottsdale.  Visit the Saguaro’s website (middle of the page) to view a Scottsdale map and city guide.
• Directory:  A link to the attendee directory will be provided at a later date

 

While at the event, the Deltek team would like to meet with each firm individually to answer questions or listen to any feedback you may have for them.  Please sign up for a time that works for you.  https://www.signupgenius.com/go/20f0e45adab23a2f49-individual.  The individual meetings will be held in the Staghorn boardroom and LaPlaza (outside of Staghorn).  Please note that the meeting sign up site indicates Eastern time but the meetings will be held in Pacific time.
